Eurokleis, on behalf of ASAP, has developed a highly interactive e-learning course based on the figure of the "Head of the procedure". Along with the client, Eurokleis has therefore opted for the adoption of a "blended" format, composed by a first lesson in the classroom that introduces the course, a central part of the course carried out in e-learning and a final part in classroom for a comparison on the topics learned through the FAD methodology.. The architecture of Eurokleis' e-learning course is based on "learning trees" involving the learner to choose the most important subjects to investigate. The learner can skip parts of the course or individual modules, although his skills are constantly verified.

From the script point of view, the course was designed to include four characters in the scene to guide and help the learner along all the learning process. This methodology put the learner at the centre of the scene, involving him actively during all the stages of the administrative procedures. Dialogues between the four characters are developed within all the e-learning course, in order to create the right mix of relevant principles' statement and "for examples" learning. |
